Description

Upphandlingen avser diverse konsulttjänster inriktade emot industriell utveckling för mindre tillverkningsföretag (SME). Upphandlingen genomföras som ett Dynamiskt inköpssystem (DIS). Detta innebär att upphandlingen är indelad i två faser: Fas 1 - Ansökningsfas och Fas 2 - Anbudsfas. I fas 1 lämnar anbudssökande sin ansökan om att bli kvalificerad till DIS inom en eller flera kompetensområden. I fas 2 bjuds kvalificerade leverantörer in att lämna anbud för specifikt kompetensområde. Upphandlingen är indelad i 10st olika kompetensområden: 1. Ny teknik 2. Hållbarhet 3. Produktion och effektivitet 4. Kompetensutveckling 5. Marknadsutveckling/försäljning 6. Regional industriell utveckling 7. Kommunikation 8. Produktutveckling 9. Följeforskning 10.
