Karlshamn Energi är en koncern där verksamheten bedrivs i flera bolag. Moderbolaget Karlshamn Energi AB och dotterbolagen Karlshamn Energi Elförsäljning AB, Karlshamn Elnät AB och Karlshamn Energi Vatten AB upphandlingen omfattar utförande tjänster av nya rörarbeten och underhåll av befintliga rör och utrustning inkl licenssvetsning på löpande räkning under avtalstiden samt visst inköp av förenat material. Avtalet omfattar i huvudsak underhåll av fjärrvärmenät i mark samt i pannanläggningar och hos kunder till Karlshamn Energi i Karlshamns kommun. Även akut utryckning förekommer, och detta måste avhjälpas omgående för samhällskritiska funktioner.
