Denna upphandling avser ett ramavtal som ska tillgodose ett antal av HBVs medlemsbolags behov av elkraft med tillhörande finansiella prissäkring. Syftet med upphandlingen är att säkra marknadsmässiga och stabila elkostnader för medlemsföretagen i ett långsiktigt perspektiv. -; Denna upphandling avser ett ramavtal för inköp av produkterna inom Individuell Mätning och Debitering (IMD) för våra medlemsföretag. IMD-produkterna omfattar system och utrustning som mäter och debiterar individuell energiförbrukning, exempelvis värme, vatten och el, inom flerbostadshus och offentliga byggnader. Inköpet syftar till att underlätta kostnadseffektiv hantering av energiresurser, samtidigt som det skapar incitament för energibesparing och hushållande av resurser bland användarna.
