Description

Syftet är att teckna ett ramavtal för IT-infrastruktur och tillhörande tjänster för hela Livsmedelsverket. Målet är att säkerställa stabila, kostnadseffektiva och moderna IT-tjänster med hög tillgänglighet och kvalitet. Eftersom teknik, molntjänster och lagkrav förändras över tid behöver avtalet vara flexibelt och kunna utvecklas under hela avtalsperioden. Livsmedelsverket avser att ingå avtal med en strategisk partner. Med detta menas en anbudsgivare som tar ett helhetsansvar, bidrar med rådgivning och aktivt driver utveckling och förbättring av IT-miljön. Partnern ska stödja verksamheten på strategisk, taktisk och operativ nivå. Stor vikt läggs vid anbudsgivarens förmåga att skapa nytta, effektivisera leveranser, korta ledtider och säkerställa myndighetens behov av IT-stöd och IT-utrustning.
