Description

Upphandlingen avser en hostad LLM-tjänst i form av en slutanvändarassistent, samt agentplattform inklusive tillhörande tjänster som, anpassning och utveckling för att säkerställa att lösningen uppfyller Folkhälsomyndighetens specifika krav och behov samt support, underhåll och kontinuerliga uppdateringar för att garantera driftssäkerhet och teknisk stabilitet över tid. Lösningen ska vara skalbar och flexibel för att möta myndighetens nuvarande och kommande behov. Omfattningen av tjänsterna kan komma att anpassas utifrån den valda lösningen och förhandlingsresultatet. Folkhälsomyndigheten söker en leverantör som kan erbjuda en helhetslösning med hög säkerhet, stabilitet och flexibilitet, i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning och myndighetens interna riktlinjer. Målet är att teckna avtal med en leverantör som kan leverera en etablerad, beprövad och framtidssäkrad LLM-tjänst.
