Description

Upphandlingen avser ramavtal gällande tekniska konsulter inom Byggledning Hus. Beställaren är av uppfattningen att byggledning ska förena planering, organisation, ledning, samordning och kontroll av åtaganden. Placeringsorten är Boden med utgångspunkt Stadshuset i Boden. Konsulten ska, inom befintligt uppdrag, kunna vara på plats inom 2 timme från det att Beställaren meddelat. Avtal kommer att tecknas med två (2) Konsulter i rangordning där Konsult som erhållit högst jämförelsesumma rangordnas som nr 1 osv. Avrop sker enligt rangordningsprincipen vilket innebär att Konsult som erhållit rang 1 tillfrågas först och om denne inte kan utföra uppdraget ställs frågan till nr.2 i rangordningen.
