Description

Upphandlingen syftar till att teckna avtal om konsulttjänster omfattande en Byggledare för en drift- och underhållsentreprenad avseende gatubelysningen i ett av två delområden inom Göteborgs stad. Delområdena bedöms som likvärdiga avseende arbetsinsats för Byggledaren. Vilket geografiskt delområde ansvaret avser kan förändras över tid. Konsultuppdraget syfte och mål är att vara planeringsledaren behjälplig med planering och byggledning av entreprenören samt uppföljning av utförda åtgärder mm för att upprätthålla och utveckla en fungerande belysning inom aktuellt område. Byggledaren ska också vid behov ingå som sakkunnig i investeringsuppdrag för att underlätta så att underhållsentreprenör kan utföra erforderlig samordning. I uppdraget ingår också att ta fram diverse förfrågningsunderlag för mindre investeringsprojekt inom belysningsområdet. Detta sker i samråd med Beställaren och eventuellt av Beställaren anlitade specialiststöd. Avtalet löper som längst 72 månader från avtalstecknande. För uppdraget gäller Allmänna Bestämmelser för Konsultuppdrag inom arkitekt- och ingenjörsverksamhet av år 2009, ABK 09, med de ändringar och tillägg som framgår i denna förfråga För mer information, se upphandlingsdokument
