TÄLTHALL MED BETONGPLATTA TILL NHUC, Nils Holgerssongymnasiet, Skurup. Upphandlingen avser en totalentreprenad för anläggning och uppförande av tällthall med betonglatta, där tälthallen ska finansieras genom ett leasingupplägg, medan entreprenaden ersätts mot fast summa i anbudet. Kontraktsarbetena omfattar färdigprojektering och utförande av en fullt funktionsduglig och driftsfärdig anläggning enligt kontraktshandlingarna. Färdig anläggning ska kunna godkännas av berörda statliga och kommunala myndigheter. I kontraktsarbetena ingår: 1. Erforderliga undersökningar av mark (geoteknik) som underlag för dimensionering av Betongplattan och förankring av Tälthallen. 2. Upprättande och granskning av ritnings- och beräkningshandlingar, innefattande bygglovshandlingar, konstruktionshandlingar och brandskyddsdokumentation. 3. Ansökan om erforderliga tillstånd för uppförande av objektet, innefattande bygglov och startbesked enligt PBL, samt medverkan i tekniskt samråd, kontroll och slutsamråd intill dess att slutbesked erhållits. 4. Besiktning och övriga moment som erfordras för att objektet ska kunna tas i bruk för avsett ändamål. Fullständiga förutsättningar framgår i upphandlingsdokumenten.
