Karlshamns kommun annonserar på uppdrag av Karlshamnsbostäder AB org. nr: 556526-8355. Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för byggarbeten i partnering, ett ramavtal som omfattar hela bolagets fastighetsbestånd. Beståndet kan förändras under ramavtalstiden, då fastigheter kan säljas eller tillkomma. Ramavtalet omfattar förekommande yttre/inre underhåll av fastigheterna. Avropade entreprenader kan även inkludera om- och tillbyggnad inom beståndet. I samband med dessa projekt kan även erforderliga kringarbeten ingå såsom markarbeten m.m. Avropade entreprenader beräknas utföras i takt med att Beställaren i samråd med Entreprenören fattar beslut om vilka entreprenader och i vilken turordning entreprenaderna ska avropas och utföras.
