Description

Ramavtal för förnyelseprojekt (exempelvis stambyte, nya badrum, nya kök, ytskikt i hall) i området Gamla Stan i Motala. Fastigheterna är uppdelade på 5 gårdar och varje gård består av 2 höghus och 2 loftgångshus i vinkel. Av ovanstående gårdar är 3 st utförda och 2höghus på gård 4 är under produktion. Avtalet avser således en gård och ett loftgångshus. Avtalet kommer att genomföras i samarbetsformen samverkan/partnering. Platens mål med denna upphandling är att teckna avtal med en totalentreprenör med följande egenskaper: · Kapacitet att genomföra ROT-uppdrag inom Platens befintliga fastighetsbestånd · Viljan att utveckla en långsiktig affärsrelation med Platen · Kunnande och ansvarstagande i såväl projekterings-, som produktions- och förvaltningsfasen.
