Tjänsterna omfattar strategisk, taktisk och operativ projektledning i samband med ny-, om- och tillbyggnationer samt underhållsprojekt inom fastighets- och anläggningsverksamhet. Byggprojektledaren ska fungera som Beställarens representant och leda projekt från tidiga skeden (idé och förstudie) till genomförande och avslut, inklusive uppföljning och överlämning. Avropande organisationer är Mönsterås kommun samt Mönsterås Bostäder AB. Upphandlingen är uppdelad i - Delområde 1 - Byggprojektledning BPL 1 eller motsvarande. - Delområde 2 - Byggprojektledning BPL 2 eller motsvarande.; Delområde 1 projekteringskostnad > 100 MSEK; Delområde 2 = projektkostnad ≤ 100 MSEK
