Tekniska konsulter och landskapsarkitekter dynamiskt inköpssystem Tierp och Älvkarlebys kommun med tillhörande bolag samt Heby och Östhammars kommun inrättar ett dynamiskt inköpssystem för tekniska konsulttjänster och landskapsarkitekter.
