Description

I Skellefteå kommuns avlopps- och biogasanläggningen på Tuvan, cirka 5 km från Skellefteås centralort, renas avloppsvatten och organiskt avfall rötas. Dessa processer genererar störande lukt för personalen på anläggningen samt för boende i omkringliggande bebyggelse. Syftet med avtalet är att säkerställa leveranser av ett effektivt kol med bästa möjliga hållbarhet och luktreduktion till lägsta kostnad. Detta för att upprätthålla en luktfri omgivning. Det finns en målsättning om förbrukningstiden inte ska vara kortare än sex månader under normala förhållanden.
