Starlink 3rd generation internet satellite modems for the needs of the Defence Forces of Ukraine

The buyer, the Defence Work Department of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, purchased Starlink 3rd generation internet satellite modems for the needs of the Defence Forces of Ukraine. The contract was awarded on 2026-07-31 to TOV 'EXPORT MASTER'. Payment is made by postpayment within 60 calendar days after signing of the expenditure invoice by authorised representatives of the parties. The estimated value of the contract was UAH 929,166.67. The goods may not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran, in line with Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 822. Delivery terms are set out in the draft contract attached to the notice.
