Description

Закупівля здійснюється для забезпечення потреб Сил оборони України. Умови передачі товару, розрахунків (оплати) та інші умови, визначені проєктом договору (додається). Умови оплати: післяоплата; протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів після підписання уповноваженими представниками сторін видаткової накладної. Відповідно до умов проєкту договору про закупівлю передача товару в залежності від місцезнаходження складу та потужностей Постачальника та адресою Покупця здійснються в наступному порядку: 1. У випадку якщо місцезнаходження складу та потужностей Постачальника знаходиться у місті Запоріжжя (з яких здійснюється відвантаження товару) застосовуються наступні Умови поставки товару: EXW (ІНКОТЕРМС 2020) - Постачальник вважається таким, який здійснив поставку, коли надасть Товар у розпорядження Покупця на своєму складі, який знаходиться у межах міста Запоріжжя. В цьому випадку Постачальник зобов’язаний здійснити власними силами (потужностями) навантаження Товару у транспортні засоби, що будуть надані Покупцем. 2. У випадку якщо місцезнаходження складу та потужностей Постачальника знаходяться поза межами території міста Запоріжжя застосовуються наступні Умови поставки товару: DDP (ІНКОТЕРМС 2020) - Постачальник вважається таким, який здійснив поставку, коли здійснить поставку Товару у розпорядження Покупця за адресою вказаною в заявці Покупця (поставка у межах міста Запоріжжя). В цьому випадку Постачальник зобов’язаний здійснити власними силами (потужностями) та за власний рахунок навантаження Товару, здійснення доставки товару, та розвантаження товару в пункті призначення визначного Покупцем в заявці. При цьому, Поставка повинна бути здійснена протягом 2 - х (двох) робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки на поставку Товару від Покупця. Країною-походження товару не може бути російська федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Шляхом подання пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є товаром, що походить з російської федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України.
