Rajavartiolaitos (hankintayksikkö) pyytää tarjousta tuuligeneraattoreista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena on 5 kpl teholuokan 1 - 1,5 kW tuuligeneraattoreita Sekä optiona teholuokan 1 - 1,5 kW tuuligeneraattoreita enintään 4 kpl ja teholuokan 300 - 500 W tuuligeneraattoreita enintään 10 kpl Hankintayksikkö voi lunastaa optiot heti tai myöhemmin. Optiot voidaan lunastaa myös yksittäisinä tilauksina. Hankintayksikkö päättää optioiden käyttöönotosta viimeitään 31.12.2027. Tuuligeneraattoreiden käyttöympäristö on Suomen merialueilla oleva ulkosaaristo, joten tuuligeneraattoreiden tulee kestää ulkosaaristossa vallitsevat merelliset sääolosuhteet. Käyttölämpötilan vaihtelu on äärimmillään -30 ja +35 Celsius asteen välillä. Johtuen käyttöpaikan haasteellisesta saavutettavuudesta esimerkiksi kelirikkoaikaan, vaadimme tuotteilta kestävyyttä ja helppohoitoisuutta. Tuuligeneraattoreiden tulee olla huoltovapaita tai ylläpitohuolto tarvitaan vain vuosittain tai harvemmin. Hankinta ei sisällä tuuligeneraattoreiden asennusta, joten tuuligeneraattorit tulee toimittaa asennusvalmiina. Kaikkien laitekohtaisten asennustarvikkeiden tulee sisältyä toimitukseen.
