Description

Työllisyysrahasto (jäljempänä myös "hankintayksikkö") pyysi tarjouksia kyberturvallisuuden asiantuntijapalvelujen hankinnassa. Hankinnan kohde muodostui seuraavista palveluista: 1. tietoturvan asiantuntijapalvelut - tietoturva-asiantuntijat - tietoturva-arkkitehdit - tietoturvatarkastajat/tietoturvatarkastukset 2. Tietoturvariskienhallinnan asiantuntijapalvelut 3. Varautumisen asiantuntijapalvelut Hankinnan kohteena olivat asiantuntijaresurssit, joita voidaan käyttää erilaisten toimeksiantojen toteutukseen. Hankinnan perusteella muodostettiin puitejärjestely, johon valittiinn kolme (3) toimittajaa. Hankinnat sopimuskauden aikana tehdään tarjouskilpailun perusteella muodostettavan etusijajärjestyksen mukaisesti. Palvelun tarve sopimuskaudella määräytyy hankintayksikön tarpeiden perusteella. Hankintayksikkö ei sitoudu tiettyihin hankintamääriin tai minkäänlaisiin muihin määräostovelvoitteisiin. Tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitetut volyymitiedot ovat hankintayksikköä sitomattomia arvioita. Hankintasopimus ei tuota palveluntuottajalle yksinoikeutta palvelujen tuottamiseen hankintayksikölle. Puitejärjestely on voimassa enintään neljä (4) vuotta.
