Description

Hankinnan kohteena Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue Soiten mammografiaseulontatutkimukset Valtioneuvoston asetuksen (339/2011) mukaisen mammografiaan perustuvan rintasyöpäseulonnan järjestämiseksi Kokkolaan, Kaustisen, Halsuan, Perhon, Vetelin, Kannuksen, Lestijärven ja Toholammin kuntien osalta. Palvelua hankitaan Soiten alueen asukkaille tietyille ikäryhmille noudattaen THL:n ja Suomen syöpärekisterin ohjeistusta. Seulonta koskee seulontaohjelman mukaisesti vuorossa olevia ikäryhmiä. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen (2) osa-alueeseen 1. Mammografiaseulontatutkimukset, kliiniset mammografiatutkimukset sekä kliiniset rintojen ultraäänitutkimukset Kokkolan alueella Kliinisiin tutkimuksiin sisältyvät mammografia, rintojen ultraääni ja tarvittaessa biopsiat lääkärin tarpeen arvion mukaisesti. Lestijokilaakson ja Perhonjokilaakson kuntien asukkaat tulevat Kokkolaan kliinisiin mammografia- ja ultraäänitutkimuksiin. 2. Mammografiaseulontatutkimukset Kannus - Tunkkari alueella Tutkimukset tehdään Kannuksessa Lestijokilaakson kuntien asukkaille ja Tunkkarilla perhonjokilaakson kuntien asukkaille. Mahdolliset varmistustutkimukset voidaan toteuttaa seulontapaikkakunnan lisäksi vaihtoehtoisesti myös Kokkolassa. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen yhteen tai molempiin osa-alueisiin. Tilaaja ei sitoudu hankkimaan Toimittajalta palvelua mitään vähimmäismäärää. Kliinisiin tutkimuksiin sisältyvät mammografia, rintojen ultraääni ja tarvittaessa biopsiat lääkärin tarpeen arvion mukaisesti.; Mammografiaseulontatutkimukset
