Description

Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue (jäljempänä Tilaaja) pyytää tarjousta sosiaalihuoltolain (1301/2014) 21 a, 21 b ja 21 c §:n mukaisten tuetun asumisen, yhteisöllisen asumisen ja ympärivuorokautisen palveluasumisen palveluista. Kyseessä on hankintalain (Laki julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista 1397/2016) liitteen E mukainen hankinta. Hankinta toteutetaan dynaamisen kaltaisena tarjousmenettelynä, joka tarkoittaa Tilaajan itsensä suunnittelemaa, hankintalain periaatteiden mukaista menettelyä hankinnan kohteena olevien palveluiden hankkimiseen (kuvattu tarkemmin liitteessä "Hankintamenettelyn kuvaus"). Hankinta on jaettu osa-alueittain seuraavasti: Osa-alue 1: Tuettu asuminen Osa-alue 2: Tuettu asuminen asumispalveluyksikössä Osa-alue 3: Yhteisöllinen asuminen Osa-alue 4: Päihteet salliva yhteisöllinen asuminen Osa-alue 5: Ympärivuorokautinen palveluasuminen Osa-alue 6: Päihteet salliva ympärivuorokautinen palveluasuminen Tarjoaja voi tehdä tarjouksen yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen. Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue tuottaa hankinnan kohteen mukaisia palveluita myös omana toimintana. Hankinnalla täydennetään omaa tuotantoa. Tilaaja ei sitoudu tiettyihin tilaus- tai hankintamääriin, sillä hankinnan kohteen mukainen tarve ei ole ennalta tiedossa. Palvelut ja niiden vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteissä "Palvelukuvaus". Sopimuskausi on määräaikaisena voimassa 1.1.2027 alkaen 31.12.2028 saakka. Määräaikaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen sopimus jatkuu automaattisesti toistaiseksi voimassa olevana, mikäli sopimusta ei irtisanota sopimusehtojen mukaisesti. Ks. Palvelukuvaus; ks. Palvelukuvaus
