Description

Raision kaupunki (jäljempänä myös ”tilaaja” tai ”hankintayksikkö”) pyytää tarjousta Hilma-ilmoituskanavaan julkaistavaksi lähetetyn hankintailmoituksen sekä tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti teknisen työn laitteista (jäljempänä "tavarat") Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen. Hankintayksikkö valitsee kuhunkin osa-alueeseen yhden (1) toimittajan, jonka kanssa tehdään sopimus. Valittava toimittaja voi olla myös tarjoajien muodostama ryhmittymä. Tarjoaja voi tarjota yhtä tai useampaa osa-aluetta. Osa-alueen sisäiset osatarjoukset eivät ole sallittuja. Osa-alueen sisällä rinnakkaiset tarjoukset eivät ole sallittuja. Vaihtoehtoiset tarjoukset eivät ole sallittuja. Palveluntuottaja ei saa yksinoikeutta tuottaa palvelua hankintayksikölle. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Sopimuskauden pituus on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevassa sopimuksessa.
