Finland - Military and service uniforms 2027-2030

The Finnish Defence Forces are procuring military and service uniforms for military personnel, civilian officials and cadets studying at the National Defence University. The contract includes delivery of uniforms and arrangement of ordering services for accessories. A framework agreement will be signed with one supplier following a competitive tender. The planned contract period is 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The tender also covers storage of the Defence Forces' digital clothing patterns in Lectra/MDL format, with the selected supplier acting as a pattern bank. The procurement takes place in Finland. Any qualified business may bid.
