Description

Kainuun hyvinvointialue pyytää tarjouksia muuttopalveluista ajalle 1.1.2027-31.12.2028 ja mahdolliset optiot 1 +1 vuodelle. Muutot toteutetaan pääasiassa Kainuun hyvinvointialueen alueella, palveluyksiköiden tai Kainuun hyvinvointialueen osoittamien yksittäisten asiakkaiden muuttotarpeiden mukaisesti. Muutot toteutetaan ensisijaisesti arkisin (ma-pe) klo 7-17 välisenä aikana. Palvelun tilaamisen volyymi voi vaihdella huomattavasti eikä Kainuun hyvinvointialue sitoudu hankkimaan palvelua hankintajakson jokaisena kalenterikuukautena. Tilaaja valitsee yhden kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisimman palveluntuottajan halvimman vertailuhinnan perusteella. Tilaaja pidättää oikeuden ilman uutta kilpailutusta tehdä hankintapäätöksen ja hankintasopimuksen toiseksi tulleen palveluntuottajan kanssa, mikäli voittaneen palveluntuottajan kanssa ei päästä sopimukseen.
