Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Helsingin Kaupunginteatterin LED-seinä tarvikkeineen ja kuljetuslaatikoineen. Hankintaan sisältyy lisäksi LED-seinän koekokoaminen, käyttö- ja huoltokoulutus laitteen käytöstä sekä toimitus Hankintayksikön osoittamaan paikkaan. Hankittavan LED-seinän ja sen tarvikkeiden tulee olla uusia ja käyttämättömiä. Hankinnan kohdetta ja sille asetettuja vaatimuksia on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liiteasiakirjoissa. Sopimus hankinnasta tehdään yhden (1) tarjoajan kanssa. Sopimus tehdään liitteenä toimitetun sopimusmallin mukaisesti. Hankintayksikölle ei muodostu määräostovelvoitetta, eikä sopimus tuota valitulle toimittajalle yksinoikeutta hankinnan kohteena olevien tuotteiden toimittamiseen.
