HaminaKotka Satama Oy is procuring medium-voltage and frequency converter equipment for a shore power (OPS) system to be built at the Mussalo container port in HaminaKotka, Finland. The scope includes a 20 kV medium-voltage switchgear, 6 kV switchgear, transformers and frequency converters, plus equipment design, manufacturing, standard measurements and testing, and transport from the supplier's factory to the site. Maintenance and spare parts services must be available. The procedure is competitive negotiation above the EU threshold; design, manufacturing, testing and transport are not subject to negotiation. The project supports EU Fit for 55 emission goals and is funded by CEF2 AFIF 2024-2025.
