Description

Kohteena on Virkkalan uuden päiväkodin rakentaminen kokonaisurakkana osoitteeseen Lähdehaankuja 6, 08700 Lohja. Samassa osoitteessa toiminut vanha Virkkalan päiväkotirakennus on purettu ja toiminta on tällä hetkellä väistötiloissa. Päiväkodin lämmin bruttoala on 1690 brm2 ja tilavuus noin 6650 m3. Uudisrakennuksina tontille rakennetaan vaunu- ja ulkovälinevarastot sekä sadekatokset. Pihatyöt tehdään koko tontin alueella. Tontilla olevat rakennukset on poistettu. Tarjouspyynnön liitteenä ovat kohdetta koskevat suunnitelmat. Kaupunginvaltuusto tekee päätöksen urakoitsijan valinnasta todennäköisesti elokuussa 2026. Tarjouksen tekeminen edellyttää, että tarjoaja on tutustunut rakennuspaikkaan ennen tarjouksen tekoa.
