Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Turun kokoelmakeskuksen ja kaupunginarkiston uudisrakennuksen suunnittelu ja toteutus yhteistoiminnallisena projektinjohtourakkana tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa määritellyn laajuuden, vaatimusten ja tavoitteiden mukaisesti. Hanke toteutetaan Turun kaupungin omistamalle tontille osoitteeseen Aerotie 14. Rakennuksen laajuus on tilaohjelman mukaan noin 10 008 hym² ja arvioitu bruttoala noin 15 612 brm². Hankinnan tavoitteena on keskittää Turun kaupunginmuseon, Turun taidemuseo WAMin sekä Turun kaupunginarkiston kokoelma- ja arkistotoiminnot yhteen turvalliseen, tarkoituksenmukaiseen ja olosuhteiltaan hallittuun kokonaisuuteen. Rakennukseen sijoittuu laajoja olosuhdehallittuja säilytystiloja, työ- ja konservointitiloja, digitointitiloja, tutkijasali sekä asiakaspalvelutiloja. Hankintaan sisältyy: - projektinjohtourakoitsijan tehtävät kehitys- ja toteutusvaiheessa (kehitysvaiheessa KSE 2013 -pohjainen sopimus, toteutusvaiheessa YSE 1998 -pohjainen sopimus) - hankkeen pää- ja arkkitehtisuunnittelu - rakenne- ja rakennusfysikaalinen suunnittelu - TATE-suunnittelu (sis. olosuhdehallinta) - sähkösuunnittelu - geo-, akustiikka-, palo- ja sammutusjärjestelmäsuunnittelu - sisustussuunnittelu - RTYL-ympäristöluokituskonsultointi - tietomallikoordinointi - uudisrakennuksen toteutus, käyttöönotto ja luovutus sopimusasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Rakennus sisältää vaativia olosuhdehallittuja arkisto- ja kokoelmatiloja, joissa lämpötila ja suhteellinen kosteus on hallittava ympärivuotisesti määritellyissä vaihteluväleissä jatkuvan seurannan ja rakennusautomaatiojärjestelmän avulla. Olosuhdehallinta, sisäilmaston laatu ja käyttövarmuus ovat hankkeen keskeisiä teknisiä vaatimuksia. Hanke toteutetaan Rakennustiedon ympäristöluokituksen mukaisesti tavoitteena 4 tähden luokitus sekä EU-taksonomian kriteerien huomiointi. Lisäksi hankkeessa noudatetaan Turun kaupungin päästöttömän työmaan Green Deal -linjauksia. Rakennuksen tulee arkkitehtuuriltaan edustaa hyvää nykyaikaisen arkistorakennuksen tasoa, olla ajallisesti kestävää ja julkista käyttötarkoitusta ilmentävää, kuitenkin ympäristöönsä hallitusti sopeutuvaa. Hankintamenettelynä käytetään kilpailullista neuvottelumenettelyä, ja hankinta etenee vaiheittain (osallistumispyyntö → neuvotteluvaihe → lopullinen tarjouspyyntö → tarjousvaihe).
