Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen Joensuun Ellin Kodit Oy:n remonttitöistä sopimuskaudelle 1.2.2026 - 31.1.2029 + yhden (1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus. Hankintaan kuuluu muun muassa asuttujen ja tyhjien huoneistojen huoneistoremontteja, pienempiä kalusteiden ja kiinteiden pintojen korjaustöitä, korjausrakennustöitä (esim. vesivahinkoremontit) sekä muita vastaavan tyyppisiä korjaus- ja rakennustöitä. Sisältää myös kiinteistöjen yhteisten tilojen ja ulkoalueiden rakennusten ja rakennelmien korjausta. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset.
