Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Pornaisten kunnassa (jäljempänä myös 'Hankintayksikkö' tai 'Tilaaja') sijaitsevan vanhan yläkoulurakennuksen, teknisen työn tilojen sekä esikoulutilojen purku ja tilalle rakennettava uusi kaksikerroksinen koulukeskus Tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä tarkemmin määritellyllä tavalla. Lisäksi hankintaan sisältyy samalla tontilla sijaitsevan Kirveskosken koulun perusparannus ja tilamuutoksia Tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä tarkemmin määritellyllä tavalla. Lisäksi hankkeeseen sisältyy piha-alueiden ja piharakenteiden uusiminen Tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä tarkemmin määritellyllä tavalla. Hankintaan sisältyy Tilaajan omistamalle tontille yhtenäiskoulun muutosten velvoittamat mm. purku-, rakennus-, sähkö-, kiintokalustus-, piha- ja maanrakennus sekä LVIA-työt Tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä tarkemmin määritellyllä tavalla. Tontilla toimii nyt ja rakentamisen ajan opetustoiminta, joka urakoitsijoiden on huomioitava hankkeen suunnittelussa ja toteutuksessa. Hanke toteutetaan KVR-urakkana, jossa urakoitsija vastaa rakennuskohteen kokonaisvaltaisesta suunnittelusta ja toteutuksesta hankintayksikön asettamien tavoitteiden, vaatimusten ja lähtötietojen mukaisesti. Urakoitsijan tehtävä on tuottaa kaikki tarvittavat suunnitelmat sekä toteuttaa rakennustyöt valmiiksi käyttöönottoa varten. Tilaaja on laatinut pääpiirustustasoiset suunnitelmat ja vastaa rakentamisluvan hakemisesta. Valittu rakennusurakoitsija toimii työmaan pääurakoitsijana ja vastaa työmaan johtovelvollisuuksista ja eri urakoiden töiden yhteensovittamisesta. Valittu urakoitsija vastaa suunnittelun ja toteutuksen yhteensovittamisesta, mallinnuksesta, aikataulusta, laadusta, kustannuksista, dokumentoinnista, työturvallisuudesta sekä rakennustyön johtovelvoitteista. Urakkasopimuksissa noudatetaan Rakennusurakan yleisiä sopimusehtoja YSE 1998 (RT 80367).
