Urakka sisältää muun muassa: - Rakennusurakka - LVIJ-urakka (ei prosessimekaaninen) - Sähköurakka (ei prosessisähkö) - Palo- ja sammutustekninen urakka Urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja sen alle alistetaan tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaiset sivu-urakat.
