Description

Lohjan kaupunki pyytää tarjouksia Mäntynummen monitoimijatalon rakennusurakan toteuttamisesta KVR-urakkana tilaohjelman ja teknisten asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Urakkaan kuuluu myös aikaisempien tilojen purku urakkaohjelman mukaisesti lukuun ottamatta osaa Linderin koulusta ja liikuntahallia. Monitoimijataloon sijoittuvat päiväkoti, esiopetus, 1-6 lk ja 7-9 lk koulu, iltapäiväkerho, nuorisotilat, kirjasto ja hallinto- ja kouluterveydenhoitotilat. Monitoimijatalo mitoitetaan 600 oppilaalle, 150-paikkaiselle varhaiskasvatusyksikölle ja nuorisotilalle sekä noin 500 m2 kokoiselle kirjastolle. Monitoimijatalon tulee olla valmis helmikuussa 2029. Kalustaminen ja käyttöönotto tapahtuvat keväällä 2029. Optioina kysytään hintoja irtokalusteiden suunnittelusta ja hankinnasta. Tarjoajien on ennen tarjouksen tekemistä tutustuttava kohteeseen ohjatusti paikan päällä. Tilakeskus järjestää tutustumistilaisuudet 4.2.2026 klo 12 ja 11.2.2026 klo 12.
