Finland - Construction work - Renovation of metro shafts, Packages 4, 6 and 7

Helsinki City Transport (HKL), through its representative Paeaekeskiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne (KLOY), plans tenders for the technical renovation of seven metro shafts in Helsinki, published as separate competitions. This notice covers Packages 4, 6 and 7: shafts at Antinkatu, Kaisaniemi and the platform emergency exit (Package 4), Mellunmaki switch area shafts (Package 6), and Puotila and Leikkimaeki shafts (Package 7). Requests for tenders are expected for Package 4 in October-November 2026 and for Packages 6 and 7 in January-February 2027. Start and completion dates will be announced later. This is a prior information notice under the special sectors procurement law, not a call for tenders. Contractors must visit the sites before bidding; visit dates will be given in each request for tenders.
