PROJEKTINJOHTOURAKKA (rakennuksen laaja peruskorjaus sisältäen LVISA-työt) Projektinjohtourakka sisältää rakennuksen peruskorjauksen. Lisäksi urakkaan kuuluu em. töiden toteuttamiseksi tarvittavien työmaatehtävien ja päätoteuttajan velvollisuuksien hoitaminen. Kohde sijaitsee Helsingissä keskusta-alueella. Peruskorjattavan rakennuksen pinta-ala on n. 3000 brm2 ja tilavuus n.12300 m3. Rakennus on valmistunut vuonna 1969. Kyseessä on laaja peruskorjaus sisältäen mm. talotekniikan uusimisen.
