Finland - Pipes and pipe fittings - Pull-resistant tolerance couplings DN 50 - DN 1000, 2026 - 2028, TP 24/26

HSY Helsinki Region Environmental Services Authority and the City of Espoo in Finland are procuring pull-resistant tolerance couplings in sizes DN 50 to DN 1000 for the period 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028. These couplings connect all pipe materials used in the buyers' networks, including cast iron, steel and asbestos cement pipes, to new cast iron or steel pipes. The contract is divided into three lots: lot 1 covers HSY couplings DN 50 to DN 400, lot 2 covers HSY couplings DN 500 to DN 1000, and lot 3 covers only the City of Espoo's needs. The agreement can be extended through two separate one-year option periods.
