Description

Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue pyytää tarjouksia lasten yksilöllisesti valmistettavista ortooseista ja tukipohjallisista hankintakaudelle 1.8.2026-31.7.2030. Hankinta sisältää ortoosien lisäksi palveluntuottajan toimesta suoritettavan arvion, mitanoton, valmistuksen, materiaalit, sovituksen ja käytönopetuksen ohjeineen, käyttöohjeet, luovutuksen henkilökohtaisesti asiakkaalle, sekä sopivuustakuun kattamat korjaus- ja muutostyöt sekä tuotetakuun. Tuotteet ovat saajalleen maksuttomia. Apuvälineen hankintaa varten asiakkaalle myönnetään maksusitoumus, joka tulee olla mukana tuotetta hankittaessa. Sopimus on jaettu osiin seuraavasti: Osa-alue 1. Lasten nilkka- ja jalkateräortoosit (nilkka- ja säärimittaiset) sekä rinta-, lannerangan ja ristiselänortoosit Osa-alue 2.
