Hankittava kiinteistöpalvelu sisältää tilaajan huoltokirjassa esitetyt kiinteistönhoitotehtävät sekä hankinta-asiakirjojen mukaiset kiinteistönhoitopalvelut. Kiinteistöjen suunnitelma-asiakirjat ovat nähtävissä huoltokirjassa. Toimeksisaaja sitoutuu toteuttamaan kiinteistöpalveluita kiinteistön vaatimusten mukaisesti hankinta-asiakirjoissa kuvatun laatutason ylläpitämiseksi.
