Finland - Motor vehicles - Vehicles DPS (passenger cars and vans)

The Wellbeing Services County of Satakunta (Finland) is requesting applications to participate in a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for new passenger cars and vans. Individual vehicle purchases will be competed within the DPS. The estimated annual value excluding VAT is around 0 to 1,000,000 euros, a non-binding estimate that may be higher if options are used. Buyer financing solutions are used, with the supplier selling the vehicle directly to the buyer or a named financing partner; maintenance leasing is not covered. Applications may be submitted throughout the whole duration of the DPS, and all candidates meeting the suitability requirements are admitted. Actual purchases take place via internal competitions within the DPS.
