Tämä ei ole hankintailmoitus eikä tarjouspyyntö, vaan tietopyyntö ja kutsu markkinavuoropuheluun. Savonlinnan kaupungin hankintapalvelut valmistelee Rantasalmen kunnan metsäomaisuuden hoitopalvelujen kilpailutusta. Yhtenä valmisteluvaiheena on tarkoitus toteuttaa markkinavuoropuhelu. Tällä tietopyynnöllä hankintayksikkö kartoittaa markkinoita ja kutsuu hankinnasta kiinnostuneita toimijoita ilmoittautumaan toteutettavaan markkinavuoropuheluun. Markkinavuoropuhelussa tavoitteena on esitellä hankinnan lähtökohdat, käydä vuoropuhelua hankinnan toteutuksesta ja sisällöstä sekä saada osallistujien näkemyksiä niihin. Markkinavuoropuhelu toteutetaan hankintayksikön harkitsemalla tavalla esim. lähettämällä tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen luonnoksia kommentoitaviksi ym. Selvyyden vuoksi todetaan, että hankintayksikkö ei sitoudu toteuttamaan hankintaa ja markkinavuoropuhelun aikana esitellyt asiakirjat ovat luonnosasiakirjoja. Ilmoittautuminen markkinavuoropuheluun ei ole edellytys mahdolliseen myöhemmin toteutettavaan kilpailutukseen osallistumiselle eikä sido siihen osallistuvia tahoja. Hankintayksikkö ei maksa korvausta markkinavuoropuheluun osallistumisesta. Markkinavuoropuhelu ja siihen liittyvä yhteydenpito toteutetaan sähköisesti Savonlinnan kaupungin hankintapalvelut -yksikön kautta.
