Description
Oulun kaupunki, Business Oulu -liikelaitos (jäljempänä myös "Tilaaja") pyytää tarjoustanne Matkailun yhteismarkkinointi ja DMO -palveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Palvelu on tarkemmin kuvattu tämän tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 2 "Palvelukuvaus". Kilpailutus toteutetaan käänteisenä kilpailutuksena, eli päätöksenteon perusteena on 100 % laatu. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, koska hankinnan kohteena olevat palvelut muodostavat yhden jakamattoman kokonaisuuden.
