Description

Leijona Catering Oy hakee toimittajaa leipomotuotteille ja niihin liittyviin palveluihin Etelä-Suomen alueelle, tarkemmat tiedot osoitteista löytyvät tarjouspyynnön liitteestä 7 "Toimipisteet". Leipiä toimitetaan pääsiallisesti puolustusvoimien toimipisteisiin. Toimittajan tulee pystyä toimittamaan monipuolisesti erilaisia tuoreleipiä, kuten ruisleipää, sämpylöitä ja rieskaa. Tarkemmat tuotevaatimukset löytyvät tarjouspyynnön liitteestä 2 "Tekniset vaatimukset". Sopimusmuoto on puitesopimus ja kesto on neljä (4) vuotta. Sopimukseen valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja. Sopimus ei takaa yksinoikeutta toimittaa leipomotuotteita Leijona Catering Oy:lle. Vuosittainen volyymi on noin 300 000 kg tarjouspyynnön liitteen 2 "Tekniset vaatimukset" tuotteille, mutta Leijona Cateringillä ei ole määräostovelvoitetta, eikä se ole velvoitettu ostamaan tuotteita valitulta toimittajalta. Leijona Catering Oy:llä on oikeus ostaa muita leipomo- ja pakastetuotteita, joista Toimittajan tulee antaa hinnasto tarjouksen mukana. Liitteeseen 2 tarjottujen tuotteiden tulee läpäistä Leijona Cateringin tuotearviointi. Tuotteet arvioidaan välillä 1-9. Minimipisteet tuotteen läpäisylle on 5 pistettä. Vähintään 19 tuotteen tulee saada minimipistemäärä. Mikäli valitulla toimittajalla on tuotteita, jotka eivät läpäisseet tuotearviointia, tulee toimittajan tarjota uutta vaatimuksien mukaista tuotetta samalla tai halvemmalla hinnalla. Arviointiin tehdään sokkomaisteluna tarjouspyynnön liitteen 8 mukaisesti.
