Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjousta seuraavasta palvelukokonaisuudesta: • Lähiverkkolaitteiden operointipalvelut Tilaajan laitteille Toimittajan tulee tarjota kokonaisuutta. Osatarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Vaihtoehtoisia tarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Kyseisen kokonaisuuden tarkemmat tiedot ja tarjousvaatimukset löytyvät tämän tarjouspyynnön liitteestä 1, jossa on ilmoitettu tarjottavien palveluiden vähimmäis- ja laatuvaatimukset. Hankinnassa noudatetaan hankintalakia (1397/2016). Menettelytapana on EU kynnysarvon ylittävä avoin menettely. Palvelut hankitaan määräaikaiselle viiden vuoden sopimuskaudelle, jonka jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Learnpoint ICT Oy toimii hankinnassa Tilaajan valtuuttamana asiantuntijana.
