Description

Hankinnan kohteena on taloushallintopalvelut Oma Hämeen tukipalvelut Oy:lle. Oma Hämeen tukipalvelut Oy on Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialueen 100 % omistama tukipalveluyhtiö. Oma Hämeen tukipalvelut Oy aloitti toimintansa 1.1.2025 ja yhtiö tuottaa hyvinvointialueelle ateria-, puhtaus-, kiinteistöhuolto- ja laitehuoltopalveluita. Yhtiössä työskentelee noin 300 henkilöä ja toiminnot organisoituvat yhtiössä neljään palvelualueeseen sekä yhteen hallinnolliseen toimialueeseen. Hankinnan kohde on mahdollisimman yksinkertainen, digitaalinen ratkaisu ja palveluntuottajan palvelu, jolla sujuvasti toteutetaan Tukipalveluyhtiön tarvitsemat taloushallinnon palvelut. Ratkaisussa hyödynnetään automaatiota ja tekoälyä. Hankintaan kuuluu seuraavat kokonaisuudet: - Kirjanpitopalvelut - Tilinpäätös ja veroilmoitus - Taloushallinto-ohjelmisto - BI-raportointi- ja budjetointijärjestelmä - Integraatiopalvelu
