Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue (myöhemmin Tilaaja) hankkii sen omaa palveluntuotantoa täydentävää hammaslääkäri ja hammashoitaja -työparin palvelua. Hankinnan kohteena on suun terveydenhuollon palvelut palveluntuottajan tiloissa. Palvelussa on kyse perushammashoidon hankinnasta aikuisille asiakkaille, jotka tarvitsevat kokonaishoitoa tai puolikiireellistä hoitoa. Palvelua tuotetaan hammaslääkäri ja hammashoitaja -työparina Palveluntuottajan omissa toimitiloissa. Palvelun tulee olla saatavissa lähipalveluna Jyväskylän kaupungin alueella. Hankittavat Palvelut voidaan tuottaa arkipäivisin klo 8.00-20:30 välisenä aikana lähipalveluna Palveluntuottajan tiloissa. Palvelua voidaan tuottaa lisäksi myös viikonloppuisin ja arkipyhinä klo 8.00-20:30. Palveluntuottaja vastaa asiakkaan perustasoisen kokonaishoidon koko toteutuksesta sisältäen: tutkimuksen, diagnoosin, hoitosuunnitelman (sisältäen myös ennaltaehkäisevän hoidon suunnitelman) ja varsinaisen hammashoidon. Puolikiireellinen hoito voi tarkoittaa esimerkiksi lohkeamien korjaamista tai muuta oireenmukaista hoitoa. Palveluun ei kuulu tuotettavaksi suuhygienistipalvelut eikä erikoishammaslääkäripalvelut. Hankintayksikkö ei sitoudu mihinkään tiettyyn hankintamäärään, vaan hankittava määrä riippuu tarpeesta. Tavoiteltu sopimuskauden aloitus on 1.10.2026. Sopimus on määräaikainen 24 kk ajan. Lisäksi Tilaaja varaa option jatkaa sopimusta kahdella (2) yhden (1) vuoden optiokaudella. Sopimuksen kokonaispituus on enintään 48 kuukautta.
