Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue Soite pyytää tarjoustanne Suun terveydenhuollon toimeksiannosta hammasteknisten töiden suorittamisesta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja liitteiden mukaisesti puitejärjestelyn solmimista varten. Palvelua tuotetaan kaikille Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen hammashoitoloille. Hankinnan suunniteltu sopimuskausi on 1.9.2026 - 31.8.2028, mahdolliset optiot ajalle 1.9.2028 - 31.8.2029 ja 1.9.2029 - 31.8.2030. Option käytöstä ilmoitetaan erikseen. Suun terveydenhuollon asiakkaiden hoitoon liittyvät hammastekniset työt. Hankintaan kuuluu toimittajan tekemät irrotettavat ja kiinteät proteettiset työt, proteesien korjaukset, oikomishoidon kojeet, kiskot ja kipsimallit. Hankintaan sisältyvät seuraavat hammasteknisten töiden palvelutuotteet: 1. Kipsimallit 2. Uniapnea-, purenta- ja ohjauskiskot 3. Oikomishoidolliset rengaskojeet 4. Oikohoidolliset retentiokojeet 5. Oikohoidolliset funktionaaliset kojeet 6. Levy- ja rankaproteesit 7. Proteesin korjaukset 8. Kruunu- ja siltaproteesit Puitesopimustoimittajaksi valitaan osa-alueittain (1-8) parhaat pisteet saanut tarjoaja sekä enintään 1-2 rinnakkaistoimittajaa. Hankinta toteutetaan puitejärjestelynä siten, että jokaiseen palvelutuotteeseen valitaan arviolta yksi palveluntuottaja. Puitejärjestelyyn valittujen palvelun-tuottajien määrä tarkentuu saatujen tarjousten perusteella. Puitejärjestelyyn valittujen palveluntuottajien kanssa tehdään puitesopimukset, joissa vahvistetaan kaikki ehdot ja palvelun hinta. Tarjouspyynnön liitteenä ovat palvelunkuvaus (Liite 1) ja sopimusluonnos (Liite 2) hankittavasta palvelusta. Katso Liite 1. Palvelukuvaus.
