Description

Osilodrostaatti (Isturisa®) on kortisolisynteesin estäjä. Se estää tehokkaasti 11B-hydroksylaasia (CYP11B1) eli entsyymiä, joka vastaa kortisolin biosynteesin viimeisestä vaiheesta lisämunuaisissa. Isturisa on saanut myyntiluvan, jossa käyttöaiheena on endogeenisen Cushingin oireyhtymän hoitoon aikuisille. HUS Apteekin muodostamaan hankintarenkaaseen kuuluu HUS-yhtymä, HUS-yhtymän omistajajäsenet (Helsingin kaupunki, Itä-Uudenmaan, Keski-Uudenmaan, Vantaan ja Keravan ja LänsiUudenmaan hyvinvointialueet), Etelä-Karjalan hyvinvointialue, Kymenlaakson hyvinvointialue ja Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue. Hankinnan arvioitu arvo on noin 600 000 euroa (ALV 0 %) tukkuhinnan mukaan arvioituna.
