Description

Metsähallituksen Luontopalvelut valmistelee kävijälaskureiden hankintaa. Hankinnan kohteena ovat maastokäyttöön soveltuvat kävijälaskurilaitteet sekä niihin liittyvät palvelut, kuten: -Kävijälaskurit, jotka tunnistavat kulkusuunnan, toimivat ilman verkkovirtaa ja kestävät erilaiset sääolosuhteet. -Tallennus- ja tiedonsiirtoratkaisut, mukaan lukien automaattinen ja manuaalinen siirto pilvipalveluun. -Laitteiden konfigurointi-, seuranta- ja hallintapalvelut, kuten etäohjaus ja häiriötilannehälytykset. -Mahdolliset automaattiset täydentämiset tai rekonstruoinnit puuttuville aikajaksoille (esim. tilastolliset menetelmät ja niiden läpinäkyvyys). -Käyttöliittymä- ja pilvipalvelu, josta tiedot voidaan toimittaa Metsähallituksen NASTA-järjestelmään API-rajapinnan avulla. -Huolto-, ylläpito- tuki- ja varaosapalvelut. Tietopyyntö ei ole hankintailmoitus, eikä siihen vastaaminen muodosta osallistumista varsinaiseen hankintamenettelyyn. Vastauksista ei makseta korvausta, eikä vastaamatta jättäminen vaikuta mahdolliseen tulevaan tarjouskilpailuun osallistumiseen. Metsähallitus ei sitoudu käynnistämään hankintaprosessia ja mahdollisen hankinnan sisältö ja laajuus voivat muuttua merkittävästi tässä vaiheessa esitetyistä suunnitelmista. Vastaukset pyydetään toimittamaan sähköpostitse osoitteeseen lphankinta@metsa.fi viimeistään 17.8.2026 klo 16.00. Sähköpostin otsikoksi pyydetään merkitsemään: "Tietopyyntövastaukset - Kävijälaskureiden hankinta 2026" Tietopyynnön liitteenä toimitetaan tietopyynnön kuvaus (liite 1), johon pyydämme vastaamaan vapaamuotoisesti. The procurement concerns visitor counter devices suitable for outdoor use and related services, such as: -Visitor counters that detect direction of travel, operate without mains electricity, and withstand varying weather conditions. -Data storage and transmission solutions, including automatic and manual transfer to a cloud service. -Device configuration, monitoring and management services, such as remote control and fault/incident alerts. -Possible automatic gap-filling or reconstruction for missing time periods (e.g., statistical methods and their transparency). -A user interface and cloud service from which data can be delivered to Metsähallitus’ NASTA system via an API interface. -Maintenance, support, and spare parts services. This request for information is not a contract notice, and responding to it does not constitute participation in any actual procurement procedure. No compensation will be paid for responses, and failure to respond will not affect participation in any possible future tendering procedure. Metsähallitus is not committed to initiating a procurement process, and the content and scope of any potential procurement may change significantly from the plans presented at this stage. Responses are requested by email to lphankinta@metsa.fi no later than 17 August 2026 at 16:00. Please indicate the following in the subject line of the email: "Responses to the Request for Information - Procurement of Visitor Counters 2026" Attached to this request for information is a description of the request (Appendix 1), to which we kindly ask you to respond in free form.
