Tämä on jälki-ilmoitus hankintaan 596863 / Työasematuotteet_UUSI. Hankinnan kohteena on työasemat, näytöt ja muut ICT-oheislaitteet asiakkaiden tarpeisiin. Kokonaisuus muodostuu pääosin uusille käyttäjille toimitettavista laitteista sekä olemassa olevien laitteiden elinkaarivaihdoista. Istekki voi myös hankkia työasemapalveluihin liittyviä palveluita, jotka tukevat Istekin olemassa olevaa palvelutuotantoa. Tavoitteena on saada mahdollisimman kustannustehokkaat laitteet, jotka soveltuvat Istekin kaikkiin asiakasympäristöihin. Tavoitteena on vahva, vastuullinen ja ketterä toimitusketju. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Tilaaja valitsee enintään kolme (3) toimittajaa, joiden kanssa se tekee sopimuksen. Mikäli hyväksyttyjä tarjouksia saadaan vähemmän kuin kolme, valitaan silloin sopimustoimittajiksi hyväksytyt tarjoukset jättäneet toimittajat. Kyseessä on puitejärjestely. Hankintasopimusta tulee käyttämään ainoastaan Istekki Oy ja syntyvän sopimuksen osapuolina ovat ainoastaan Istekki Oy ja valittu Toimittaja. Selvyyden vuoksi todetaan, että Istekin asiakkaat eivät ole tämän kilpailutuksen tai sen perusteella tehtävän hankintasopimuksen sopijapuolia. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, eikä sopimus muodosta tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta.
