The City Council of Getafe is procuring the supply, implementation and maintenance of a management solution for its Municipal Archive. The contract covers software for archive management, an internal portal providing staff access to the archive, and a public dissemination portal giving citizens access to archived information. The supplier will also be responsible for ongoing maintenance of the delivered solution. The contract is awarded by the Governing Board of the Getafe City Council and the work is carried out for the municipality of Getafe.
