Постачання товару за Договором здійснюється відповідно до заявок ЗАМОВНИКА. Заявка ЗАМОВНИКА має містити інформацію щодо кількості та асортименту товару.Постачання товару повинно здійснюватися власним або орендованим транспортом, без залучення поштових перевезень.Постачання товару, завантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи здійснюються транспортом ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА чи транспортом перевізника за рахунок ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА. ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК зобов’язаний поставляти товар в асортименті та кількості зазначеній в специфікації. Розвантаження в приміщенні лікарні (I, II, III поверх) організовується силами ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА, а саме: представниками ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА, які супроводжують товар в дорозі, або представниками організації, яка доставляє вантаж.Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація, Республіка Білорусь або Ісламська Республіка Іран.
