Description
Le projet consiste en le désamiantage et la démolition du bâtiment « Miliangos » et la construction d’un nouveau bâtiment regroupant les activités de la police Militaire (PMO) et du Centre Médical Régional (CMR). Des aménagements extérieurs ainsi qu’un chenil accompagnent le projet. La volumétrie du nouveau bâtiment est lisible et compacte, en forme de L et sur deux niveaux, s’articulant sur le site afin d’offrir des orientations adaptées à chaque usager. Le bâtiment se rattache par ses dimensions aux gabarits de la place d’arme, soulignant ainsi son lien avec celle-ci. Le bâtiment visant la labélisation Minergie P eco fera la part belle aux énergies renouvelables et aux matériaux écologiques tels que le bois pour sa structure.
