L’assainissement de l’ancienne décharge de Bouleyres (n° SIPO 2135-0116), exploitée  par la Ville de Bulle, situé à Epagny (Commune de Gruyères) a été jugé nécessaire, suite  aux études OSites successives réalisées sur ce site.  La variante d’assainissement retenu consiste à remplacer la canalisation du ruisseau  enterré passant sous la décharge. Actuellement, cette canalisation étant endommagé, des  lixiviats de la décharge chargés en polluant peuvent s’y infiltrer et porter atteinte aux eaux  de surface du ruisseau et à celles dans lesquelles le ruisseau se déverse en aval.   Les travaux consistent à creuser une tranchée dans le corps de la décharge au droit de  la canalisation afin de la remplacer par une nouvelle. On notera que compte tenu de la  profondeur de la canalisation, des parois de soutènement temporaires sont nécessaires.   Les matériaux pollués excavés pour la mise en place de la nouvelle canalisation seraient  évacués et remplacés par des matériaux non pollués, limitant ainsi la charge polluante  aux environ direct de la nouvelle canalisation.
